We work with suppliers using the latest technology including 3d printing, cnc, robotics, laser cutting and engraving as well as the tried and tested traditional techniques such as wood turning, carpentry, joinery, hand carving and traditional upholstery and leather works.

The Process

1. Brief

A comprehensive brief is essential. We need to begin by getting a good feel for your design ideas, schemes and themes as well as the space you are working with. While we would ideally like to come and meet you to discuss your requirements, we know this is not always possible so photographs and sketches are a good starting point.

2. Design

Once the brief is complete and we have a good understanding of your requirements, we will begin designing your accessories, producing sketches, graphics and supporting images until you are happy with the designs.

3. Quotations

Once designs have been confirmed we liaise with our preferred specialists, fabricators and manufacturers, bringing together all elements of your accessories and putting together a formal quotation – always working to your budget.

4. Samples

Samples can be produced at this stage. Please note producing a one off design is likely to cost around 120% more than the final product when ordering bulk qualities.

5. Manufacturing

When you are happy with the designs, we begin the manufacturing process. We aim to keep you continually updated on the progression of your order.

6. Quality Control

All orders are checked thoroughly by our team before being dispatched.

Fees & Budgets

We can work to any budget and will advise on alternative materials and processes to achieve this.

Our in house manufacturing and long-term relationships with suppliers make us confident we can achieve the best price for your products.

We are happy to discuss your requirements and ideas free of charge; however before we commence to the design stage we require a deposit of 20% of your outlined accessories budget. The remaining balance is due for payment once you have confirmed you are happy with the designs and quotations.

Due to our strong working relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, we are able to bulk order materials and negotiate very competitive prices. We work our fees into your quotation, making sure your project always comes in on budget.

If samples are required, these must be paid for in full before manufacturing commences. Please note that one off samples tend to cost about 120% more than the final product cost.
